We are proposing to direct award via a waiver
of standing orders, a three year, three million pound contract
(total contract value) for Drainage and General Building
Works.
This Contractor will support our short/medium term relief efforts
in relation to Voids and Disrepairs across all patches. We aim to
enter into a JCT Measured Term contract to facilitate an effective
working relationship with this contractor.
