Fulham Community Partnership Trust works with individuals, communities and organisations from the public, private and voluntary sectors to help make Fulham a neighbourhood of well being and opportunity for all its residents. The role of the Trust will be to continue the work of the North Fulham New Deal for Communities Partnership in improving the quality of life of residents, and taking a particular focus on tackling worklessness, supporting the third sector and engaging and empowering residents.
