Reason for urgency:
The council needs to urgently approve the approach to the CPO strategy to enable it to commence the order process and acquisition of land. The project has stalled with over 6 years of inactivity and uncertainty under current ownership.

Reason for urgency:
Decision to extend drafted on the basis of decision delegated to relevant Cabinet Member, as was the provision when the original Cabinet Decision was made in 2015. This provision is no longer applicable. The current contract is expiring and a LUD is required as soon as possible in order to extend the current arrangements.

Reason for urgency:
The current G-Cloud contract with Agilisys for IAAS server storage and infrastructure expires on 31st April 2019 and needs to be extended while the services are migrated to another third party supplier. The budget was approved in previous cabinet paper but budget call off to happen 19/20.
