• Councillor Wesley Harcourt - Disclosable pecuniary interest - In relation to the third sector grants referred to on pages 936 and 937 of the report, Councillor Harcourt declared a personal interest as his full time job was funded by London Councils and some of the organisations funded were members of the organisation he worked for.
