Councillor Sharon Holder - Other significant Interest - Councillor Sharon Holder declared a non-pecuniary interest as a Council Tenant. She considered that this did not give rise to a perception of a conflict of interests and, in the circumstances, it would be reasonable to participate in the discussion and vote thereon.
