West London Joint Framework Agreement for the Provision of Privately Managed Accommodation

The PMA Scheme comprises furnished accommodation, both houses and flats, procured and managed by managing agents (the service provider) on behalf of the Council. The properties are used as temporary accommodation for homeless households who have applied to the Council under the provisions of Part VII of the Housing Act 1996. The properties can also be used for the prevention of homelessness.
