This report seeks approval to extend the
existing Integrated Substance Misuse Service contract delivered by
Turning Point for a further two years, from 1st April 2026. The
current service provider is meeting performance expectation in
delivering H&F’s mandated drug and alcohol service to
adults in the borough. The service is a key element of the delivery
of H&F’s local Drug Strategy, in improving and
maintaining the health and wellbeing of residents within the
borough.
