Contract aims to pilot the effectiveness of
outsourcing environmental enforcement functions to an external
provider for six - 12 months. The pilot will run alongside the Law
Enforcement Team (LET) and is expected to be cost-neutral, funded
through a revenue sharing model of issued FPNs.
