This service will provide the support and
guidance to the “able to pay” residents through
installing retrofit measures will increase uptake of domestic
energy efficiency and clean energy retrofit technologies. The
service is aimed at the 'able-to-pay' market— owner-occupiers
who have the financial means to fund and implement retrofit
measures independently without needing to make significant
lifestyle changes. They are unaware of the opportunities or are
hesitant to start without support from a reputable
provider.
