Hammersmith & Fulham (H&F) Careline is
a critical emergency alarm receiving service, safeguarding
approximately 3,000 residents, primarily comprising elderly and
vulnerable individuals within the borough. Jontek’s platform,
Answerlink, is the current provider of the Careline Alarm Receiving
Centre Platform (ARC) used by H&F Careline to manage and
respond to calls and emergency alerts from residents, including
telecare.
The decision is to direct award to Jontek to provide
Answerlink.
