This briefing looks at the successes of the
Council’s Cost of Living (COL) programme in 2023/24 and how
we made the best use of resources to respond to the needs of
residents with compassion and efficiency.
It also looks ahead at how we will continue to provide help to
those that need it in 2024/25, including through the use of the
latest round of Household Support Fund (HSF), which has been
extended by a further six months until 30 September 2024.
