To consider and make a Decision on the future of the South Fulham (West) Clean Air Neighbourhood Trial Project.
Reasons for urgency:
· The recommendation to make the trial permanent or remove was reliant on resident sentiment. Key information in the form of opinion polling and a resident survey became available late on the 5 February 2024, this needed to be reviewed by the Cabinet portfolio holder. The findings from the opinion polling and survey which ended on 2 February 2024 will be added to Appendix 2 before publication.
· The consultation for the trial is open throughout and it is important to include relevant considerations in the decision paper.
· The trial is done under a legal order that is time limited to 18 months. Taking a decision in March allows the public greater time to consider any decision made before a legal order can be made before expiry of the current order.
· The delay is to ensure the decision taken and the report produced is based on all available, relevant and up to date information; that is practicably possible and within good reason.
