The purpose of this report is to approve a
Direct Award to both Nubian Life and the Alzheimer's Society to the
total value of £564,887.
For both services, the contract ends on the 31st March 2023 and to
ensure service continuity as well as planning a co-production
project and tender in order that on the 1 June 2024 a revised
service will be put in place.
