This report seeks a decision in the renewal of
the PSPO in a defined area of Hammersmith Town Centre, where
amplified noise nuisance continues to be an issue. Public
consultation and feedback from residents and businesses highlights
the extent to which amplified noise is a disruption to daily life,
as well as a health and safety concern for some visitors. It is
proposed that this Order is renewed until 22 June 2025 to align
with the expiry period of the Shepherd’s Bush PSPO.
