Grant of a further lease to Fulham Football Club for extending the duration of their temporary contractor's compound

FFC has requested the retention of its contractor's compound at Bishop's Park till 31.10.23. The present lease expires on 7.6.22. Completion of the club's stadium development has been delayed because of the effects of the covid pandemic. A new lease is subject to agreeing terms, council authority, statutory public consultation and the consent of the Church of England Commissioners.

What is the total value of the decision?: The total value of the quoted rent is almost £559,000 but the tenant has declined to agree it so the value might be less. However, the rent would exceed the key decision threshold of £300,000 in the event of a new lease being agreed.
