This relates to the possible partnership
between H&F and a developer to make improvements to the bowling
green (and possibly the play area) within Hammersmith Park to an
estimated value of £450k. There may be financial
contributions from both sides covered by agreed Heads of Terms /
conditions. Once the details and principles are agreed a report
will be forthcoming to seek approval to proceed.
