The recommissioning of a Sexual Health
Promotion and Advisory service that: promotes good sexual health
and educates residents to enable them to make informed decisions,
provides tailored prevention and support services to all the
diverse communities resident in Hammersmith and Fulham, provides
within the services, elements that specifically address both the
physical and mental health needs, and employment aspirations of
people living with HIV works with GPs and other specialist sexual
health services to facilitate access to sexual health screening and
contraception services appropriate to the resident’s
need
