from planning obligations to address the impact of developments
carried out. This report sets out the use of funds received through
Section 106 agreements and received as a result of the Community
Infrastructure Levy (CIL) schedules in force in the Borough. It
seeks approval to the drawdown of these funds for projects which
have been delivered in 2020/21.
