To lease the four caretaker lodges in the first phase of the
Caretaker Lodge project to a letting agency to manage the tenancies
& properties in partnership with H&F- details of
allocations of responsibilities to be agreed. This is part of the
Caretaker Lodges Project to provide local low rent teacher
accommodation to increase teacher retention in LBHF and maintain
outstanding education provision in the borough.
