This report seeks approval of the award of
contract for the complete restoration, repair and refurbishment at
Ravenscourt Park Tea House.
The roof of the main building, and the public toilets are in very
poor condition and have come to the end of their useful and
economic life. As a result, it is envisaged to repair, wherever
viable, or to replace (if repair is not cost-effective) roof
timbers, floor joists, roof covering, rainwater goods, windows and
doors and structural members.
