On 24th March 2021 the Cabinet Member for
Housing approved the award of the Responsive Capital contract to
Kier Services Limited for five years from 1st May 2021 (with an
option to extend for two additional years). Approval is now sought
to appoint a reserve contractor to deliver the Responsive Capital
contract.
