The IDOX Group currently provides the
Council’s land and property-based IT case management system
(Uniform) for multiple regulatory services across the
authority.
The software is highly embedded within the organisation and
underpins a large number of business processes and casework
management. Its contract has expired and needs to be
reprocured.
