1.Approval for the service to implement a
Discharge into the Private Rented Sector policy whereby the Council
discharges its statutory homelessness duty if a household refuses a
suitable, affordable offer of private rented accommodation.
2.That consultation be carried out on changes to the current Scheme
of Allocation to include households remaining on the housing
register where the Council has discharged its homeless duty with an
offer of suitable private rented accommodation.
