This report seeks approval to award the
contract to provide moving company services for the decant of the
Town Hall, Town Hall Extension and 181 King Street (the “Town
Hall site”) to Restore Harrow Green Ltd. Moving company
services are required to provide vacant possession of the Town Hall
site to enable the successful delivery of the West King Street
Renewal (‘WKSR’) Programme.
