Hammersmith and
Fulham Council has committed to building the Sands End Arts &
Community Centre (SEA & CC) to serve local residents on the
site of the existing Clancarty Lodge Depot in South Park,
Fulham.
This report sets out the variation to the contract with Neilcott to
build the SEACC and to bring the contract sum to within approved
budgets.
