1.1. This report seeks approval for draw down
of S106 match funding for the renovation of the old Site Care flat
at the Macbeth Adult Learning Centre and the development of a new
Pottery Studios on the Macbeth site. Following a successful bid in
by our Adult Learning & Skills Service (ALSS) to the GLA Small
Grants Fund, ALSS secured £200,000 and requires a further 50%
match fund of £200,000 making £400,000 in total.
