Leader's Urgent Decision - Waiver of contracts standing orders and direct award of contract to Agilisys for the provision of daytime Contact Centre services

This report is recommending a direct award to Agilisys to provide continuity of service, while the design and delivery of an in-house Contact Centre is finalised.

 

Reason for Urgency:

The contract with the current provider ends on 31 October 2018. Interdependencies with other corporate programmes and the timing on negotiations with the current supplier has meant that an urgent decision must be made to ensure continuity of service.
