ICT Transition - Assuring service continuity Phase 4 – Telephony Network Services Upgrade

The council last updated its telephony network equipment in 1999 with a major refresh funded by a capital spend of over £1 million. This paper proposes that the council installs new desk telephone handsets, secures telephony hardware support and licences procurement and upgrade the Openscape Unified Communications system.
