The council's draft Local Plan will, subject
to sign off by the Secretary of State in November 2017, be able to
proceed to formal adoption by Full council in January 2018. As the
Local Plan affects more than two wards, it will also need to go to
Cabinet as a Key decision to get approval to go to full council for
adoption.
