This report sets out proposals for the
implementation of the recommendations of the H&F Poverty and
Worklessness Commission. It seeks funding for a Policy and Project
Officer post and community capacity building resources to establish
‘community hubs’ in areas of deprivation across the
borough. It also seeks funding for a review of volunteering across
the borough.
