Contract extension request for Behaviour Change contracts

This report seeks the Cabinet approval of a contract extension of the Healthy Hearts contract for one year and a direct award to extend the Stop Smoking Service contract for nine months to make them co-terminus. This is to ensure the Public Services Reform department has sufficient time to look into possible re-procurement options without the need for further Direct Awards whilst continuing with high performing contracts for our residents.
