The current S75 agreement between LBHF and
WLMHT is due for renewal. This agreement enables the Borough to
delegate management responsibility for social care MH services to
the Trust. The new agreement sets out the legal framework regarding
management responsibilities to ensure that Trust safely discharges
the Council's statutory duties.
