Business Intelligence Infrastructure

This document sets out the business case for investment in the Business Intelligence infrastructure in LBHF.

The urgency of decision is driven by both the need to have a solution in place as part of the Council’s commercial offer so that the Council can maintain its leading position in the market as well as address the organisation’s need to have more timely access to data and analysis.
