1. Meetings with their respective AD Resources, focus groups and Finance Away Days.
2. Presentation of WCFM reports at EMT.
3. Attendance at DMTs to discuss the programme plans. Outline of proposed changes sent to all service managers and drop-in sessions held to gather views and answer questions.
