A request has been received from Fulham Palace
Trust (FPT) for the Council to fund a pension deficit relating to
staff transferred from the Council to FPT by TUPE (Transfer of
Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006) in 2011.
In addition FPT has asked the Council to consider allocating
section 106 funding to FPT. This report reviews the historic and
current financial performance of FPT and considers the funding
requests from FPT.
