Review of Waste Collection Arrangements - TEEP

To seek approval of the ‘TEEP’ assessment undertaken by officers which suggests that it is not technically, economically or environmentally practicable to collect paper, glass, plastics and metals streams separately from one another and from other waste types.

To approve the continuation, therefore, of commingled recycling collections.
