Following the report that was submitted to the
Cleaner and Greener Scrutiny Committee on 17 June 2008, further
work has been undertaken to gauge the appropriateness of
introducing a requirement to recycle across the borough, now that
the single pass waste collections are embedded and a promotional
programme has been agreed, to maximise the ongoing and sustainable
rise in participation.
