Phase 1 ICT transition - transfer of ICT to new service providers programme definition and management

H&F needs to align the ICT transition from HFBP with the development of a hybrid ICT service relying on a range of service suppliers and an internal value-add shared ICT service. This paper authorises the programme definition and management for that work.
