Electronic document management system contract extension

The council's current electronic document management system (EDMS) contract expires July 2014. An extension is needed to cover the time required to maintain EDMS support during the implementation of Universal Credit and the scoping for a new shared service for Revenues and Benefits, including the procurement of a new Tri-borough system for both corporate and H&F Direct use
