transport programme which forms part of the council’s
approved transport plan (LIP2) to be undertaken in 2014/15 funded
by Transport for London (TfL). This report contains a new three
year delivery plan 2014/15 to 2016/17, interim LIP2 targets and a
submission for the Mayors cycling vision fund.
