The report will seek Cabinet approval of a private sector partner to help establish, support and expand an Employee-Led Mutual that will be providing support services to schools and a number of strategic consultancy services to Tri-borough Councils.

The selection of a suitable partner follows a competitve tendering exercise conducted in line with EU and UK public procurement rules.
