To agree access to a framework agreement that
is being prepared by West London Alliance (on behalf of RBKC, LBHF,
WCC and six other local authorities) to engage a number of
independent fostering agencies to provide foster placements to
looked after children at a better price than is available through
spot purchasing, which is the current arrangement for procuring
these placements.
