to fund a contribution to the costs of undertaking and project
managing the business change element of the Tri-borough Managed
Services programme – a programme that could lead to
significant cost reductions in corporate services.
The City of Westminster and the Royal Borough of Kensington &
Chelsea will also be contributing to the project funding.
