This report seeks permission to delegate to the Cabinet Member of Residents Services in consultation with the Executive Director for Environment, Leisure and Residents Services authority to award the contract(s) for the management, maintenance and development of the tennis centres at Eel Brook Common, Ravenscourt Park, and Hurlingham Park.
Also, to approve the tender process, as set out by the council’s standing orders, to outsource the management of the tennis centres above.
