Queensmill School is a school in which supports pupils with
complex needs , usually linked to a diagnosis of Autism .
These pupils usually have an EHCP , a legal document , that
outlines the additional support they need .
To provide the individual support outlined in each EHCP ,
Queensmill School , in common with other SEN settings , requests
top up funding from local authorities such as LBHF .
In recent years , LBHF has paid some , but not all , all the top up
funding which Queensmill School has requested .
This dispute needs to be resolved .
It is hoped that the findings of the SRMA will provide that
resolution .
