1.    This procurement strategy to recommission a new Translation and Interpretation service contract for a duration of three years with the option to extend for a further two years, at a forecasted contract spend of £250,000 per annum (based on current usage and current prices), bringing a total contract value after extension to £1,250,000.

2.    To approve procurement of a third-party partner through the Crown Commercial Services, Technology Products and Associated Services - RM6068 Lot 2 Hardware and Associated Services framework for procurement of end user devices, their support, and wrap-around service management.  Indicative costs are contained in exempt Appendix A and B.

14/11/2022 - Decision to introduce a Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) relating to amplified noise issues within a defined area of White City ref: 4528    Recommendations Approved

This report seeks a decision to introduce a PSPO in a defined public area of White City where amplified noise nuisance continues to be an issue. Public consultation and feedback from residents highlight the extent to which amplified noise is a disruption to daily life, as well as a safety concern for some. It is proposed that this Order remains in force until 22 June 2025.
