07/08/2025 - Procurement Strategy for the Provision of Liquid Fuels

That the Cabinet Member:

 

  1. Approves the procurement strategy to join the bulk e-auction that is being managed by Crown Commercial Service (CCS) under the National Fuels 3 Framework (Reference RM6305) Lot 1. The duration of the contract will be two (2) years, effective from 1 April 2026.

 

  1. Agree that Appendices 1 and 3 are not for publication on the basis that it contains information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information) as set out in paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).

 

  1. Agree delegated authority to Bram Kainth (Executive Director – Place) to approve the award of contract to enable the Council to secure the commercial offer from the e-auction.
