Issue - decisions

1.    To approve the use of the Fusion 21 Framework to direct award a contract for a maximum value of £4,500,000 for a contract period of 36 months. The contract will look to apportion the spend equally at £1,500,000 per annum across the 3-year contract period. 

2.    To note that the aim is to incept the contract as soon as allowable. A contract award report will be constructed before proceeding to contract signature.
