Issue - decisions

1.    To note that Appendix 1 is exempt under paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 because it contains information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person including the authority holding that information.

2.    To approve the award for the ‘Coordination of the Holiday Activity and Food Programme’ contract to Let Me Play, for the period 1st March 2023 – 31st March 2025, for the sum of £1,207,180. An optional extension for a further 1 years to 31st March 2026 is included, for the total sum of £1,865,620.
