Issue - decisions

1.    To note that Appendix 3 is not for publication on the basis that it contains information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information) as set out in paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).

2.    To ratify the award of a five year concession contract to Joju Limited (from 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2027, with the option to extend for a further two years) to supply, install, maintain and operate Electric Vehicle Charging points across the borough, with an estimated total contract value of £1,999,800. The contract will be awarded via a call-off from the Transport for London Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Framework Agreement Lot 1 (“the Framework”).
